My condo tenant informed me that the hot water heater leaked and died... Rich at DeCola's was recommended by the condo property management company. DeCola's Plumbing is amazing. I had another company diagnose a drainage issue that flooded our basement. That company used high pressure sales and placed an absurd price on the fix ($5000). Then I called Rich DeCola. He sent Nick, one of their senior people, immediately. Within minutes it became clear that the other company completely was either incompetent or had lied. Nick fixed exactly the problem they said they would fix for one tenth of the price. I trust them and really appreciate how responsive they have been.

I called last night after 5:00pm and left a message. Rich called back within 15 minutes. He sent a plumber out and he was here at 8:30 the next morning. Karl was very nice and extremely helpful and also gave me useful information going forward. I’m very pleased with this company and definitely will continue to do business with them. Excellent service! Thank you!!!
