I had Deckers Carpet Cleaning come out today because I have a new house and my cat decided it has a favorite corner to urinate in. After countless efforts of my own with an expensive steam cleaner that I bought, I just couldn’t remove the foul odor myself. RecommendedI love these guys!!! We are fixing to sell our house and our pup decided out to make a scratching post out of our spare bedroom carpet. They came in 24 hours, and did an amazing job in repairing the carpet! And they did it just in time before the realtors are going to take photos of the house and for it to be shown in an open house. These guys are friendly, fun, and did an amazing job, at a price we could afford. The technician did an amazing job. My carpet feels and looks brand new. This is the only carpet cleaning company I’ll be using for now on.

Have used Sears and other companies but Decker’s is by far the best.
I can’t say enough good things about this company! I have been in Kingwood for 12 yrs and have had horrible experiences with carpet cleaning companies . These guys didn’t try to upsale me and really educated me on how to keep them clean with our 4 pets. I will be calling them to do my grout after the holidays and be on a regular cleaning routine now that I finally found someone I can trust. Thank you !!

Decker's does not receive a good rating from me. They were late and we had to call to be sure they were still coming. The two younger guys shouted to one another about music and bands while my young son & I were trying to rest. They seemed to be in a rush and were running up and down my stairs so quickly that 3 items fell down my stairs -- one of them leaving a huge gash in my trim. Which they denied doing.
