They made scheduling the appointment very easy! Pricing was very good as well. They followed up to remind me about the appointment and confirm. They arrived on time and walked me through the entire process step by step. The two gentlemen that provided the service were very nice, professional, and knew what they were talking about. My couches and tile look so much better! I would certainly recommend this company!

I requested the services of Decker's on two separate occasions about 2 weeks apart. They did so well cleaning a very dirty carpet in my home that I had them out again to clean the tile floor in our kitchen and entryway. On both occasions the pair of technicians that worked in my home were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They let me know up front exactly what they would be doing, how much it would cost, and what I needed to do to maintain the cleanliness of the floors afterward. This was my first time using Decker's Carpet Cleaning. I am thrilled with the results. My carpet looks almost new now. They cleaned it far better than any of the several companies I have used in the past and removed stains others were unable to handle. I would recommend Decker's Carpet Cleaning to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.
