Very impressed with our service. From the scheduling to the clean up, the entire process was fantastic. Scheduling was made super simple and convenient- we requested a time on the Facebook Page and were contacted through messenger to confirm. The crew arrived early, explained every step of the process and was very respectful of our home. Our carpet looks and smells great! Highly recommend!!

We had a minor carpet repair in a hallway that we deemed unfixable. Mike Decker came out with his team and knocked it out in no time and it looks perfect. I’d also like to add my two year old fell asleep for a nap right when they arrived and had a bedroom off same hallway and Mike and his guys were so respectful of that and did it quietly and didn’t wake him up. He didn’t have to but he did and that was very appreciated and kind. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone in the area.

I had a great experience using Decker's to clean my carpets!! They explained how the chemical cleaning process works and are very courteous. The end result is that my carpets were left deep cleaned, the original color was back and no more dog smells! Thank you guys!
