I had a really strange experience here last year. I kept it to myself, but after a year it still irks me. This was my first optical visit of any kind, so I was a litter nervous to being with. The female doctor I saw briefly explained what all the test revealed, and then pivoted into trying to sell me makeup and skin care products? It was just so strange and unexpected for a doctors office visit. Very unprofessional and I don't intend on returning.
RecommendedI ordered my original pair of glasses from Eye Design Eyewear. I called in to get my lenses repaired because I had scratched them. Sadly, before them repaired, I accidentally tossed my glasses in the trash. Since I already had my replacement lenses ordered, Jodi booked me immediately and I was able to purchase my frames and leave with my new glasses. Staff is so friendly and professional. Thank you!!!!!!! I promise not to toss my glasses in the trash!

RecommendedI like that appointments are scheduled and there are few walk-ins. Never had much of a wait and received caring service every visit. My eyes changed from the original lense prescription, yet within a 60-day period my new script was accepted and re-done. It was a relief to have that happen considering I had bought 2 pairs and spent more than most on beautiful frames.
