All of the goodwill and trust built up by Dr. Coulter is being torched by the new organization. I had an incorrect prescription done in December 2020, and after 3 weeks of pestering the management to look into my file and spending additional money to have my prescription redone with a 3rd party they admitted a typo led to glasses that were unwearable for me.
