Get directionsI went to ER with chest pains, and the waiting room was full. As soon as I walked in I thought “ I’m going to die”. They got me straight to a room where the dr ordered tests ASAP. Everyone was so nice and straight to it, from the dr, the nurses, lab, radiology, and triage. Come to find out it was nothing life threatening...thank heavens. But if it were, I was in good hands. Thank you dr. Shafer for being so kind and prompt !

My son dislocated his knee in a basketball game this morning. We came to the ER, and could not have been more pleased! The nurses, X-ray techs and the doctor were all great with him.

Good staff of nurses and doctors that help explain what's going on. They have a main nurse, but then a 'facilitator' and another person assigned to the room. The main surgeon brought his "team" in to discus future options. Food is good too!
5 hours in waiting room after they put IV in said they would give me pain meds if what I had didnt work well 2 hours later nothing but attitude from Triage Nurse so after Dr told me to request meds when my pain returned Ive yet to get any
Very professional, clean & polite staff. I would recommend them for your health care needs.
if anyone need to be seen I would recommend they go to Springfield do not go to Passavant they are very rude and they don't like doing work to see what is actually wrong they just guess and send u home smh
