I got money taken out of my account from DECU for not using my credit card! I then closed my account with DECU. That's shady business
My husband and I planned and saved for our first real vacation in 2 years. Before we left town, we made absolutely sure to contact DECU to put a travel memo with specific locations and dates on our account so that we would not have any issues utilizing our debit card while traveling. Worst bank ever. They said I owe an extra month for my car loan and I have been paying double since March and they say it's still late. I called them out and they hangup on me and so I called them again. Kirsten told me that I was not worth talking too. Absolutely upset.
U people have destroyed my fn credit..... I've had nothin but late payments since day 1 (even after talking to em repeatedly).. notice after notice but here's the thing.... U TAKE MY PAYMENTS OUT OF MY CHECK FOR ME!!!!!!! got the last notice I'll ever get today... and that was the final straw.... u WILL be hearing from my attorney!!
I am having nothing but issues lately. They have been very rude to me. Would highly recommend banking elsewhere.
Had an account issue. Went to the Mt Zion branch for help. Holly Houser did a fantastic job- stayed on it until the issue was resolved and took care of several other minor issues with my account as well! That is great customer service.
