Too many stipulations and low limit on debit card withdraws. They would not raise the limit. Closed account. Not very friendly when you close an account.

you guys seriously need more people working the drive through at dividend, not sure if the others are as bad but sitting here and not moving an inch in 10 minutes is beyond ridiculous. I have more important things to do. and no I will not do mobile deposits

I have been doing business here for years with no issues. My son recently got a loan for his first vehicle and the experience has been one big hassle. One problem after another and he can't even get anyone to return his calls. I understand covid has been difficult to deal with but I still ecpect a certain level of customer service.

Crazy how you can have an account here for 20 years and when times get crazy they still don't want to help you out. Nothing but greed. I will be closing all of my accounts.
