Your credit union is a JOKE!!! My mom has had an account there for several years we come in to close it due to her passing away and had the death certificate and you tell us we have to go get other notarized documentation on top of this!! Not quite sure how much more should have to be done when we have the death certificate!! One of them any reasons I left this credit union years ago is because your lack of customer services sucks majorly!!!

Don’t bank here. Don’t get a loan here. They are taking money out of my account for not having insurance on my car, even though my car has had insurance on it since I bought it a YEAR ago. I have brought my insurance information in 3x. Came in to try and get things figured out 6x and have gotten no where. Don’t bank here. Not to mention they are saying I haven’t had insurance for 4 months on my car but have been charging me extra for 5 about to be 6 months now.
