We have been extremely disappointed with our experience as property owners using Decas Group for property management. Our concerns involve communication, rental disbursements, accounting transparency, and repair charges. Our owner portal only reflects rental payments through March for one of our Section 8 properties, and we have been trying to get clarification regarding April through August, including whether rent was collected, when it was collected, and why it has not been reflected in our portal or disbursed to us.
