RecommendedWe had an unfortunate issue in the middle of July, with our air conditioning unit, bad timing! Due to the circumstances we were displaced from our home for 3 days until the unit was able to be fixed but Paige at Decas was very willing to work with us to quickly prorate our rent for the days that we were displaced. We really appreciated her diligence and effectiveness to see our maintenance taken care of and our prorate applied to our account!
2 words: PAIGE SWEENEY. Very easy to work with, very great with Customer Service. Great Business skills and will explain anything you have questions about.
Taylor and Paige are phenomenal to work with. Great communication, prompt responses, always available when needed. I highly recommend the Decas group.
If you have to use Decas Group, I recommend you work with Paige Sweeney! SHE IS AWESOME! She was very helpful and polite, which cannot be said about everyone there. My rental experience was horrible until I got a chance to talk to and work with Paige. She saved them a customer! Thank you so much for all of your help!

I enjoyed my experience with DECAS. Was there 3years. Looking for another house. try them out.....
It takes them weeks to come out and fix anything when me and my roommate moved we called to tell them the communal laundry room door was locked at the end of February lit took them almost 4 weeks to send someone out here and finally after getting the door unlocked the washer and dryers weren’t even hooked up. Honestly if this wasn’t my only option I would break my lease and move because they don’t care about there tenants they just money hungry.
