These people are crooks! They charged us $300 for "damages" that were from previous tenants! Always unpleasant and rude, and terribly unorganized and unprofessional!
Been renting from them for a while now, so far so good! Never had an issue with them and the people that work in the building are always really nice :)
worst company in Billings. Not trust worthy at all
This place is a complete joke charged us for not cleaning what the property management before them left there and charged us for a rope swing in a tree that had been there long before we where every there . We paid for the carpet to be professionally cleaned and had a cleaner come help scrub walls,toilets, stove ext. and these people still charged a ridiculous amount of there hrs for their staff to clean it. These people truly care. They are more than fair in all aspects of doing business. I rented from them and can honestly say that I've never had a better experience with a property management company.
I believe this is one of the best property management companies in Billings. They really care about their tenants!
