I rented from Debizel for almost 3 years and was a great experience until I moved out. I was charged $610 for damages and only about $100 of that was justified; even then they could have told me about the missing light bulb and smoke alarm and I would have put it back up. The other items I was charged for were no fault of my own. For example all the closet doors in the house frequently popped off the hinges due to poor design, which maintenance even admitted. They are unwilling to talk with property owners about prospective tenants. Home owners beware, they will let your property sit empty before telling you someone is willing to double your deposit, and pay over $300 more per month in rent if they will consider additional pets. They won't even pretend to present it to the homeowner.
By far the worst renting experience I have ever had. The duplex I rented had cockroaches in it and I would have to bug bomb at least 3 times a year. It was a loud unit and very poorly maintained. When I moved out I hired a cleaning company and got charged for windows and cabinets that weren’t “cleaned”. I just want to say that I've really enjoyed working with these people. They are straight forward and direct with expectations. They've been super clear with communications. In fact, the one miscommunication we had at the beginning about signing paperwork was totally my fault, and when I showed up when they weren't expecting me (because I didn't reply to an email that explicitly asked me to confirm a time), they were understanding about it and got the paperwork together quickly for me while I took my kiddo to play at the play... read more
These people truly care. They are more than fair in all aspects of doing business. We rented from them for almost 3 years before buying our current home and can honestly say that we never had a better experience. They were always prompt when any repairs were needed. Always courteous and professional .
Professional, accommodating, and very friendly staff. Could not recommend this place more.
