Great staff and selection for a variety of budgets. The service is unmatched and I have a good example of why. My wife lost an earring that I purchased for her. The next day, someone from her office's cleaning staff found it and returned it. I took it into the store and they made the clasp more secure and cleaned them at no charge. WOW! So impressed with the customer service! My husband purchased a beautiful multiple strand fresh water stick pearl and Keshi pearl necklace for me from this store...the first time I wore it, one of the strands came loose from the clasp. When I took it in, the owner helped me and immediately said, "I'll take care of this and have it repaired at no charge" It was originally strung on silk or cotton...He took it another step and had the whole necklace restrung on nylon to avoid future troubles for me. As a life long Plymouth resident, (55 yrs. today), I share; Terri and Matt are among some of the most gracious and accommodating business owner's in Plymouth. Their staff are equally as kind, attentive, and professional.
