The service was not the greatest. We waited forever to get a bottle of ketchup. Our waiter didn't come to check up on us at all. The food was way overpriced. Definitely would not come back.
Horrible!!! The black, short, light skin, top heavy manager is rude!!! His whole demeanor is passive aggressive. He's going to be the downfall of this restaurant. The wait time is extremely long and even longer to get your food!! They forgot about our food for 25 minutes and acted like they were doing us a favor!
This is by far the worse restaurant I have ever been to. We flew in off vacation to New Orleans and decided to go have lunch here. When we first arrived we used the restrooms which looked like a prison. So it made us question the health score, but we still stayed and decided to give them a try. Over 35+ years, never let me down. The seafood is the best.
My husband and I live in Louisiana and go to New Orleans whenever we can get away. We were in town for a concert and went to Deanie's on Iberville to eat. Our waitress (I believe her name was Jay) was a very pleasant to us and always had a smile on her face. We ordered the crawfish bisque and 1/2 dozen chargrilled oysters for an appetizers. Great food. Very clean Kellie or server was the best ever. Perfect amount of attitude and service.
Slow service. Good food But pricy. Then I got a to go order for my wife and stupidly didn't check inside the box before I left. Only half of the food described on the menus was there and the rest of the box was filled with half cooked fries. I called to see if they would rectify the mistake and told me that all the food that came out was perfect. So basically I paid 27.00 for a stuffed crab and box of nasty fries.
