Just had a horrible consult with Dr DeAngelis, after having heard good things. I guess I’m one of those unfortunate people who is too old to utilize surgical options to help my knee, but too young for a knee replacement. So I just get to be in excruciating pain in the meantime and go back to my own ortho Dr to handle it myself. Maybe I’m not a good candidate, I don’t know. But don’t make me wait over an hour, just to tell me “I’ve got nothing for you”. Perhaps try a little compassion, maybe improve the bedside manner a bit. ... read more
Dr. DeAngelis has performed successful ACL surgeries on two of my family members and two other people that I know, so when I tore my ACL while skiing this winter, I knew exactly who to trust with my reconstruction. Dr. DeAngelis has great bedside manner and most important of all, his surgical skills are amazing. I have had NO significant pain at all during my recovery! I would trust him with any of my loved ones, for sure. He gave me my active life back and I am so grateful!
