We bought a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas at Dean Team in Ballwin, Missouri. We spent hours here trying to buy a car. We almost walked out about about times and that’s what we should have done but we kept getting the “let me go talk to my manager one more time”. We were told, upon asking several times, that EVERYTHING was included in the price—tax, title, license, all of it. “Every thing will be taken care of”. Unsafe , salesman coughing next to me, not wearing a mask, shouted that he was not sick, defended himself saying that I did not ask him to wear a mask. Staff asked for managers help and he shows up with no mask. Two service people wore them but I was inside trying to buy a new car so I left. Then they kept calling me and even called while I was in the doctors office getting an intravenous infusion all the while ignoring me saying that I could not talk. Rude, dishonest, aggressive and poor management. They do not return phone calls and lie to close the deal then tell customer ‘prove it’ that we said you could have that price. When I did ‘prove it’ with their own paperwork they stall and don’t call you back. Terrible company, do NOT do business here.
Doesn’t do what they say they’ll do when you purchase an auto as far as a repair. They will do only bare minimum to make it appear they’ve completed your request. Took 4 tries to just have them “tighten a screw” on my back wiper. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service after a deal. Will not respond to texts, or will say they’ll call but don’t, and then will not take responsibility for their negligence. Don’t buy from Dean Team.
I went there to see a tuscon and i gave my best offer to the salesman, i told him if that’s too low i’ll leave that’s my budget so he insisted to talk to the floor manager. After like 15 min floor manager came and started attacking me for why i gave such an offer I quietly was leaving that he screamed “get out, get out, get out”. This is not how to treat your customer. Shame on you shame on you.
