Purchased a vehicle on line from DEAN VW of Kirkwood MO. The car was over 46,000. I can not get the car registered due to the engine light and other items. I have tried numerous times to speak to someone. Other than the finance lady, everyone else I spoke to including GM etc. have been of no help whatsoever. Not a word form any one. I have called 7 times. Emailed and asked politely for help and I get nothing. I even tried to schedule an appointment through the on line system. I loved my experience at Dean Team Hyundai. I would highly recommend you go see Tommy about a car. The service was excellent, and they found exactly what I wanted. My experience was handled very professionally and I felt as though I was not just another sale, but building a relationship to serve my needs in the future.

Tommy ***** was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very nice and took time go over every detail of my new car. Every possible Covid precaution was taken. Tommy wore a mask the entire time and even wiped the car down before my test drive. This was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely go back to Tommy in the future.

Review your contract - especially a purchased extended warranty paperwork - extremely carefully...and then, review it again. When I purchased my used 2019 Outback, I purchased an extended warranty...I know usually not recommended, but I tend to keep cars longer than an extended warranty and I don’t like “surprises”. The warranty I purchased was supposed to be for a 6 year, 100,000 mile, $0 deductible, “Gold” Subaru factory warranty. Long story short - saw a car I wanted. Was contacted by Myles through the personal message system. Myles was polite, expedited the process over the phone. I get there - told them I was coming, explained to Myles that I just needed the car for deliveries for my retail store - was looking for something dependable, reliable, etc. I told him I have no time for financing - but get me file together so I can get in and out of there quickly. Ran my credit three times without authorization, even after I asked them not to.

I am financing at 2016 VW Jetta Sport from Dean Team Kirkwood. I recently got an oil change (5/14/20) done at the dealership and was told I didn’t need a new one until 52,603 miles (the sticker from the oil change). The service men told me the full synthetic oil my car needs can last between 7,000-10,000 miles. A week ago (8/07/20) my oil indicator popped on at 48,880 miles. ******* had her oil changed at our dealership on May 15th, 2020. This means that she is not due for another oil change until May 15th, 2021 or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. VW states that a 2016 Jetta can and will use oil between oil changes and you must check your oil and top it off as needed. Or ******* can bring her car into our dealership and we will check her oil and top it off for her.
