An office that leaves you hanging The office is small, dark and dingy. I waited well over an hour past my scheduled apt time to see the dentist, when I finally got someone in to do my 1 filling and cleaning they left to tend to an earlier patient; 5 minutes later they came back and started the work. After finishing the filling and just starting on the cleaning the dentist and hygienist walked out with no explanation. If a doctor leaves a paitent hanging its neglect right? I waited over an hour past my appointment time to get into the chair. Once the dentist began working on me she abandoned me twice once to attend to a earlier patient and once to deal with a dental emergency while the office still had adequate staff. I was not informed that she had left to tend to another patient nor was another person brought in to attend to me. I asked for a refund and left after I was abandoned the third time. Doctor Salo is the coolest dentist ever. He is a great guy and knows what he's doing, but wish I could say the same for his office staff. If you're willing to deal with the annoying office staff, it would be beneficial!

Dr Dean Salo One of the Best dentists I have ever met does wounderful work. He is wounderful with his great staff and great familly office. From implants to everyday check ups hes the best
Positive: Great at very basic procedures. Personable, patient and kind. Very friendly staff. Negative: However, I have a serious condition which over a year he has been unable to diagnose and fix. He has tried fixing the problem with a very expensive root canal, but the problem has not gone away and he does not know how to fix it. Plus, the wait times can be ridiculous- very notorious for overbooking.
