anitta g Dr. Salo has been my dentist for years, he has 2 offices one in Torrance and one in LA on Wilshire. I recently ended up needing an implant, and the process was both affordable and smooth. They have Cat scan, cool surgical suite with movies and music and I was given some sedation so my chickenyyy self had a smooth sail. As always Dr. Dean did a great job and got me through this process.
If a doctor leaves a paitent hanging its neglect right? I waited over an hour past my appointment time to get into the chair. Once the dentist began working on me she abandoned me twice once to attend to a earlier patient and once to deal with a dental emergency while the office still had adequate staff. I was not informed that she had left to tend to another patient nor was another person brought in to attend to me. I asked for a refund and left after I was abandoned the third time. An office that leaves you hanging The office is small, dark and dingy. I waited well over an hour past my scheduled apt time to see the dentist, when I finally got someone in to do my 1 filling and cleaning they left to tend to an earlier patient; 5 minutes later they came back and started the work. After finishing the filling and just starting on the cleaning the dentist and hygienist walked out with no explanation. I found out on my own that there was an emergency patient and that I would be waiting 10, 20 or more min. to ... read more
Dean Salo Dds is a jerk!! He's a a nice guy but his staff sucks. They told me it would cost 5000 dollars for a root canal and the staff was so rude when I told them that that price is outragous! Do not go to this dentist!!!
