New patient with Dr. Goodless and had a great experience even from the initial phone call for the appointment. The staff was very helpful and worked me into their schedule within the next day. Dr. and assistant were very pleasant, explained every issue/concern I had, recommended a treatment plan and discussed options for treatments that were consider cosmetic. He is a great communicator and takes away any fears or mystery to your visit. I have had several procedures done over the years and the results have been outstanding. I’ve recommended multiple friends to Dr. Goodless over the years. He’s knowledgeable and down to earth and answers all my questions. He doesn’t try to sell you on a beauty regimen like other dermatology offices always seem to do. The staff is friendly, organized, and on top of things. You can even make next year’s annual appointment 365 days in advance!
