I had an alarming and deeply disappointing experience with this dermatologist's office. My 8-year-old was not only misdiagnosed but was also prescribed medication that caused a severe reaction due to an allergy the office was fully aware of. Despite numerous calls and messages, they failed to respond in a timely manner.Her condition worsened to the point that we had to take her to the ER, where she finally received treatment. Dr & staff make sure you understand what is going on. They 'See' you. They really do want to take care of you. You may have to wait a bit, be patient it was worth the wait. Once I was in the room, I was the total focus of attention. I walked out very confident & clear on everything.
Dr. Godless thoroughness of examination is very poor. The reason of my visit to this place was due to a eczema that I have in my underarm and perineum. I went to 5 appointments with him to treat two rashes that I have, and he did not take enough time to find the reason of my rashes. I felt like they only care about making my visits the shortest possible to keep making money with another patients. I've been a patient of Dr. Goodless for about twenty years. He is caring, effective and good-natured. I travel from Apopka to Celebration for appointments with him.
Dr Goodless was extremely kind. Took his time and listened and answered every question. Acted as if I was his only appointment for the day.
I wasn't taken back until an hour after my scheduled appt. Not only was the staff incredibly rude, so was Dr. Goodless. He was in the room with me maybe two minutes and did not listen to any of my concerns or previous medications. He talked over me and had a BIG attitude and tone in his voice. I would NEVER recommend this doctor or his office.
It was awesome.very nice and they taked care of us right away I really recommend this place
Dr. Goodless and his staff were excellent. Would highly recommend them
Dr. Goodless has been my Dermatologist for past several years. He and his Staff are extremely competent and helpful. I go at least annually for check up.
