I had them out to fix a fill valve and flapper in one toilet and just a flapper(the old style) in the second bathroom and the charge for just the flapper in the second bathroom was $95. It still leaked and had the the tech out twice and it still leaked. I finally bought a flapper at Home Depot and changed it myself. Stopped payment on the check and wish I had read these reviews first. A horrible company and no customer service whatsoever. Turn and run if you see them at your door.

I've found that most family owned businesses charge much more than nationwide chains and franchises. Also, this company boasts that they charge by the job, not the hour. This isn't necessarily a good practice. I recently had a T joint pvc pipe replaced under my home, a 30 minute job by the way, and was charged $254.00. A price that I paid because i was in dire need of water, but later found out should have cost about half that price. I'd rather be charged $100.00 for an hour of actual work than them go to a book and look up ... read more

We are in the middle of a whole house remodel on our family home that's 60 years old. We have been working with Tim Miller, Scott and Maverick and they are fabulous! Very professional and respectful. They have asked all the right questions and never made a decision without us. And I don't know about other people but we are very hands on and truly appreciate that. A couple more days and we will be enjoying our new bathrooms.

Your technician replaced the fixtures in my bathtub (I already had the fixtures and my handyman who can do most anything had replaced a pipe in back of the tub and several other things. He was here 2 and a half hours. He broke some of the tile. My house is 50 years old and I went from 3 faucets to 1. I got an estimate before the job of $620.33 and I agreed to it because I was desperate. Since then I've spoken to several people and was told the price was outrageous.
