Dr Palmer is an expert in his field. He speaks to his patients after each procedure. The staff is the Pre- Op is very competent as well as comforting This is my 3rd colonoscopy with Dr Palmer and I am completely content with his expertise in his field and the care that I received from him There NEEDS to still be additional research in the pre work that needs to be done before a colonoscopy. The weakness and possible dehydration is something that a patient shouldn’t have to deal with before the actual procedure
Met Doctor Palmer over 15 years ago as my Father-in-law doctor at memorial regional hospital. Impressed by his knowledge, patient, compassion we made him our family doctor. We have been very happy under his care. As my acid reflex is progressing and need more attention, I trust Dr. Dean Palmer to guid me till I achieve fully recover.
Disclaimer: This rating is for the staff and not the doctor. The reason I'm putting this review is because I never got a chance to see the doctor. My first visit with Dr. palmer’s office I waited 90 minutes in the lobby before being taken in to see a nurse. She was very apologetic and did a really good job. In fact the staff is all very nice so I went back for a follow up. This time after waiting 70 minutes in the lobby I could not wait any longer and as politely as possible told the staff I was leaving. A patient’s time is valuable as well. It was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I won’t be back.
I had gone to 5 different doctors over 3 years trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Dr. Palmer was the only one who was able to figure that I had a rare hereditary disease and for that I'll be forever grateful.
Easy to talk to. Very helpful.
Dr Palmer was and is amazing! So knowledgeable, Poilt, sensitive and of course professional... and his staff are amazing! Andy is SO nice she went way and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that the process was easy and seamless!
