They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I really admire Dr. Dornic for being one of the best in his field. When he didn't have an answer for a particularly difficult question I had, he researched it and e-mailed me back with the answer. He isn't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident he always have my best interest at heart. I even showed up early for an appointment and thestaff took me, ready and prepared. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The office was very easy to locate. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
