If you want musk, mold, weed smoke and endless smoke this is your place! Moving in, I knew it would be loud, but it takes the cake. Jesus dude blaring 130db in your window at 2am about going to hell, or just the constant drunks and bars that go till 2am or later. Constantly dealing with mold in the bathroom since the ventilation didn’t work. I’m a very clean person and it was a daily scrub to keep the mold off the wall after just a quick shower. Nasty apartment, always smelt of musky mold and weed. The weirdest of the weirdest of tenants lived there. Every Friday and Saturday you get a 12am wake up call from the drunks outside and unfriendly music playing. People who lived above me were loud and walked around like a bunch of elephants. No way to live man no way to live unless your a rockstar vampire

this place is still the worst. it is loud, dirty, and has bad access. do not move here. management never picks up. been here for one year and nothing but problems. leaving today and dont want to see anyone else go thru a bad experience. move at your own risk.
Loved the Dean! Our apartment was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the events downtown and the music.
