The service department was not impressive. No one is perfect but the service I was given today was just unacceptable. 11am appointment for an oil change should not take 2 1/2 hrs. The excuses and the lack of care was ridiculous. My truck wasn’t even pulled back after an hour and a half wait. Unhappy frustrated customer.

Thank your for your feedback which we take very seriously. We are sorry for your recent experience. Our appointment system had allowed overbooking of waiting appointments. Our time estimations were not clearly communicated as we discussed before you left. For the inconvenience and delay we took care of the cost of the tire rotation. Normally a minor service is completed in one hour. Today we fell short and we apologize for that.
Worst customer service!!! Come for an oil change with an appointment and get told one hour...it’s been two hours and they haven’t even started yet 🤬 one excuse...someone called out at 10, but no one said anything when we got here at 1040 except it would be ready in about an hour.
Everyone is always nice, helpful, and friendly. Usually I am able to drop my car off and get the oil changed same day or run by and they will check my tire pressure for me without it being an inconvenience. Great service!
