We have purchased 4 vehicles from Michael Brown and every experience has been phenomenal. Always gets us a great deal and is up front about everything. No other salesman we would ever use. First time I was in and out on time! Told my wife book all service call here. We live in Charlotte
Bought my car here over a year ago (that experience wasn’t bad) but it came with 3 free oil changes. I called yesterday to make an appointment which was supposed to be at one but they ended up scheduling it for two, no big deal. My husband and I brought my car to them today and let them know we would be waiting for it to be done. There were absolutely no cars waiting for services.
