Made an appointment late friday for a monday morning service. 2019 Ranger Lariat - first service and annual state inspection. Was there at 0800 and back home by 1100. Just noticed the recall inspection for the electrical harness wasn't performed (? no paperwork) - pleased otherwise. Used my Ford Pass Points to pay for the services.
Another 5 Star Service! All three of my Ford vehicles are maintained by the Tindol Service Department. The most recent service was for my 2014 Ford Escape with over 125,000 miles. This vehicle has always been maintained and is still going strong with the dedication and expertise of the Service Department.
From day one, I have felt welcomed and valued at this dealership! Every time I take my car in for service, Josh always makes me feel at home and part of the Tindol family! I would highly recommend this dealership!!
After dealing with another Ford Dealership in the area for weeks, and not getting anywhere, Tindol Ford addressed my concerns and fixed my car within 5 business days. Lisa in the service department gave me status updates every step of the way. I highly recommend Tindol Ford and will not take my car anywhere else!
