Had a fever for multiple days in a row, trouble sleeping because I would bounce back and forth from shivering to sweating. Entered the clinic around 30 minutes after they opened, I was swabbed in my nose and throat, the doctor made a comment about how bad my throat looked(white dots all over and very inflamed). I went into this place super sick and got great care. Asked for 2 days off work was offered 3 just said i wanted 2 because i couldnt afford to miss more than that. The note actually only had me off for one day i came back to get it fixed after my work pointed out that the date wasnt consecutive and they refused to help me and change it and say now that they dont give 3 days off and now i might lose my job all over a messed up note they refuse to fix. I had to take my mother to this urgent care yesterday (easter) at 7:30 at night. The staff was so nice and did not rush us at all. The provider Tisha was amazing; her bedside manner is unmatched. She deserves a pat on the back!
