Tony the sales person was fantastic. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me choose my car. I would definitely do business with him again and I will recommend him to everyone. Deacon Jones is lucky to have him employed. My future car will be brought at Deacon Jones and I will definitely request Tony to be my sales representative.
I’m leaving one star because Autumn the sales person lied to me about the fuel economy of a vehicle I recently purchased. I was very un professional and now I’m stuck with a vehicle that doesn’t meet my needs.
I went to the body shop to ask for an estimate and the person who was there was a man who treated us very rudely. He didn't even bother to look at the car. I don't know if it's like that with everyone. He talked to us very shockingly.
I had an outstanding experience at Deacon Jones Chevrolet in Clinton. Their customer service is truly top-notch. Everyone I spoke with was polite, upfront, and easy to work with. I called ahead to explain what I needed done, and they immediately told me what they had available, what they could order, and how soon they could get me in.
