We drove from the Raleigh area to look at a Toyota and had an excellent experience. I was braced to haggle over price, but they provided a reasonable price for an outstanding vehicle. Our sales associate, Dennis, treated us like family. Plan to call them back the next time we need a car.
Brian got my older, high-mileage Chevrolet Malibu in and had techs to diagnose a few problems and called me back to further discuss these problems and costs involved in making repairs. Repairs were completed in a very timely manner. Thank you Brian.
My truck broke down and i thought the worst as It has the 6.2l motor in my Silverado. The scanned it and replaced the part and had me out in about 3 hours. No charge as it was a warranty item. Not from the area but those guys did an amazing job.
My son and daughter-in-law - who live in NC - purchased a car in Pittsburgh and ran into some issues. Even though the car was purchased at a different dealership, Josh S (the service manager) coordinated with the Pittsburgh dealership to get all repairs done in Clinton. He was extremely professional and attentive and worked quickly to get the repairs scheduled and completed. They even arranged for a loaner car for my daughter-in-law. Overall, great experience!
