My son had many stomach issues which I would assume the doctor would figure out the problem since that’s what he specializes in and he didn’t. every time we went there to the office he wasn’t taking my son seriously. He and his staff were rude to my family and I. He never had an answer as to my son’s stomach issues. He did not do enough testing and seemed to be bothered. I have no complaints whatsoever with my experience with Dr. De La Torre. Office staff was courteous and friendly at all times. Dr. answered my questions and explained my tests thoroughly. Appointment wait times are reasonable. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends or family.
My mom saw him on Christmas Eve plus being diagnosed with cancer a 3rd time and came home upset because he sat there screaming at her like a child for not taking a medication her friend died from. He's so lucky I wasn't allowed to be with her. Such a horrible man don't go here at all. He should retire seriously.
This was my initial visit with Dr Delatorre. His front office staff was welcoming. The wait time was minimal. The doctor took his time with me and discussed a few options. He clearly went over a game plan for test(s) I needed. He scheduled an out patient procedure for me the next day. His nurse Lola was very compassionate and went over the pre op instructions. The doctor and his staff are extremely warm and understanding. I really feel like I hit the Jack Pot with Dr Delatorre and his entire staff. So thankful!!!
I was referred here by my surgeon I couldn't get past the witch at the desk my records were forwarded to the doctor by my surgeon she wanted records also from a doctor I saw one time a couple years ago and when I told her I don't think I can get those my surgeon forward everything she was very rude and says maybe he'll take my case and maybe he won't she's a horrible witch and when I told her she had a bad attitude she said they will not be taking my case this doctor needs to get a better staff I wouldn't let my dog go there
Dr. De La Torre, and his staff treat everyone like family, and have always made arrangements to see me when I'm not feeling well.
Very personable doctor. He took the time to explain everything and the risks involved.
Dr. De La Torre is extremely knowledgable and really listens to is patients. I have been his patient for over 25 years, depending on my needs. He was the first one to figure out what was wrong wit my digestive system and give me medicine that actually works!
The only word that comes to mind when mentioning this "so-called" physician and his ENTIRE practice is GARBAGE!! Please note that this assessment is not coming from some "over-emotional" individual with limited knowledge of healthcare, but from someone with over 22 years of experience in handling medical insurance claims, prior authorizations, payment determinations and most importantly, provider reviews.
