Horrible they don’t go by appointments it’s my second pregnancy and I prefer going to the other clinic that I went to for my first because how do I get here before certain ppl and they get to go before me currently been waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room …… and my appointment was at 11 but they always do this I don’t recommend this clinic very unprofessional
Terrible service they do not go by appointment. They pick and choose who to attend first. Will have you waiting for hours with no respect for your own time.
Why the lady at the front desk made me expose my personal business in front of everyone concerning my lab this is so unprofessional and she made we wait until she checked every Hispanic person in line when she knew she made the mistake today is 05/032025 Time 8:56am she was so concerned checking in all the Hispanic people she forgot to log me in the system so now I'm waiting.

Big clean facility. I went to the “today clinic” as a walk-in. The wait time was a total of two hours, but that’s expected at Parkland.
