We had to chase up a quote multiple times, finally received one and asked to place an order. We had to ask continusly for an invoice to get it ordered. We were told over and over, yes we will get an invoice through. Nothing followed. Eventually we lost the job from our client. We let these guys know we lost the job and they never even apologized.
A professional operation with an exceptional knowledge of building technologies, science and materials. High level training and service to back it all up.
