RecommendedWell, I will be the first to acknowledge when someone truly takes the time to say they care. I previously wrote a review concerning my experience in the ER and on the 5th floor. My experience was not so pleasant. However, the staff immediately responded to my concerns and tried to make things right (especially Nurse Director Candace “Candi” Hagler and the entire staff on 6 South). RecommendedI recommend West Alabama Urology Associates, Dr. Matthew Thom, for your consideration if you need a urologist. A very pleasant person, he takes time with his patients, sitting down to discuss your medical care and making sure that your questions have been answered.
RecommendedI had the worse experience ever while in the hospital last week. I would love someone to contact me that is in administration. Not happy.
Dch is a joke , you will sit in there for 6-8 hours sometimes all night and you will be sent home the same way you came in there with nothing or false diagnoses or no tests or nothing just sent home not even meds , like it’s a big waste of time I refuse to go unless I have no other choice and there’s to many young doctors and nurses working there now a days and there just rude or don’t know what there doing y’all need some better doctors!!! You probably won’t even get help if it’s an emergency and your dying it’s just sad !!... read more
