RecommendedI was a patient on Sunday 6/23/19 at DCH Emergency room. I went in with kidney stones. I was taken to my room guickly. My RN was fabulous. Dr Lott was great. He listened to my symptoms and quickly got me relief for the terrible pain. He did an awesome job. Great bedside manner and took the time to explain home care for these stones and explained all my lab and CT results. Great job to these people.
RecommendedWait time wasn’t long today but the doctor n nurses need to listen more about pain and everything not viral.

The staff at Dch Northport could work a little harder to make sure. the patient need are taken care of. They could work harder to make sure the environment is clean, bed changed daily and floors swept and moped. They should actually attempt to do something before calling the doctor and saying it could not be done. I find that the night shift is. lazy and is getting paid to sit at the desk ad do nothing.
RecommendedFrom the time the EMT guys got me into the ER..everything was good! The staff made me comfortable, With exception of no blankets available, Dr Lott was wonderful. He had it figured out right away! So my next stop will be to a GI and another referral from my ENT will begin the process of being helped. So many people put down DCH, not me. I haven’t lived here three years and already have had many ER experiences,,all but now we’re great! Thank yo for being here in TTown!
RecommendedI was transported by ambulance to ED. Everybody was extremely helpful. Was admitted to DCH. All doctors and workers were very helpful in trying to find the cause of my problem and a solution. Thank you very much
