Purchased my vehicle there and i get oil change there also. @kelvinblanco the manager told me on my first oil change, " sorry for the 2 1/2 hour oil change but we didn't have ur oil filter in stock , and we had to go pick it up . I promise to have some in stock for u next time since u have life time oil changes ". Well @Kelvinblanco did not do what he said ! I waited longer then the first time ! 3 hours ! ! Also the representative fail to tell me upon arrival . " by the way we have to go pick up ur filter , who knows where !
Honda of Oxnard Service Dept is extremely incompetent and I have the misfortune of hanging to deal with them every 6 months. When I purchased my vehicle from them it came with life time oil changes, which I thought was a great value. Well, each time I schedule an oil change it seems as though they can not order the filter for my vehicle with a week or two advance notice. Mind you I confirm the appointment 2 times in advance. The lack of respect by some of the employees of this Company is appalling. If these are the people they have trying to sell their cars, they will soon be out of business. I would not buy or recommend this Company to anyone!!!
I saw the video today of the general manager cussing out a Business Rep for the Carpenters. Shame on DCH Honda of Oxnard!
