Purchased a car here and was very impressed. They are honest and straightforward and don’t make you feel like they’re trying to swindle you (which I hate about some dealerships). Overall great experience!
I took my mother’s 2013 Civic to #DCHHondaofOxnard for an oil change and told them I’ll be waiting for it. They called my 77-year old mother to ask if they can change the air filter (which knows nothing about cars), while I WAS IN THE CUSTOMER WAITING ROOM. When the car was ready, I asked why was the charge more than $35 for the oil change. They claimed they couldn’t find me and called the number on record to get customer consent. Up until today, I was happy with Honda. Today, I went in to have my anti-theft/audio system reset. The service advisors told me it would be $150 just to take a look at the system. For someone who has to take care of medical expenses, the $150 just to reset a system is just a lot of money! I tried talking to to service manager.
