Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Don't deserve my hard earned cash.
Protests out front, viral videos of elder abuse from the their employees, law-breaking contractors... place has quite the reputation. Buying a car is probably the second largest purchase in ones life. Why risk it with these slimy car salesmen.
This place is no good for the community, hiring rat contractors, that don't pay area standards. Will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.
DCH Auto Group, why do you opt to use contractors to work on the remodel of your facility that pay sub par wages? Is it corporate greed? Is it due to a lack of concern about the welfare of the workers in the community? Any that business that depends on its existence by paying less than decent livable wages to its workers directly contributes to the corrosion of the American Dream and should be ashamed of themselves.
