The Sales and Finance staff of DCH Honda were friendly, professional and courteous towards me during my purchase of a 2016 HR-V. The internet staff responded quickly to my request for a quote and when I came in for a test drive, I was greeted promptly and was well taken care of. When I came in the morning after my purchase with questions about my new car, again, the service was phenomenal. Kudos to Dwight, Christian and Larry for making my experience awesome. Thank you!
Wow, what a great dealership!! Needed a quick lease on a Honda Civic EX for our daughter. Arvin was a new sales person. Boy what a gem. Smart, knowledgeable, great personality, really listened to our needs and questions. The GM, Nick checked in with us several times, decked our deal, introduced us to the Director of Finance who had us out in 5 mins. We definitely got the VIP treatment. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a Honda!!
I had a 99 Honda Accord Coupe & I was in love! I was so sad I had to give it up. But, I fell deep into love with my new Honda Accord Coupe. Cristian was AMAZING! He took the time to teach me all the new features on my car. The entire staff was super friendly & so knowledgeable. It was a great experience & I recommend everyone to come by & see them. I bought a pre-owned car in December. The remote to the car didn't work when I bought the car and they promised to repair or replace it. Well here it is 2 1/2 months later, 4 visits to the lot with no success, numerous phones calls never returned and I still don't have a new remote! Oh they were very attentive when trying to sell me the car but they sure don't care now that I've driven off the lot. Customer service sucks. I am so irritated!!!
