Who would shop for a vehicle where RATS have infested?! There are plenty other dealerships built BULLETPROOF where RATS don't stand a chance! #LABORDISPUTE
This place is not good! Why would I want to buy a car at this dealership when their hourly charge for service is $125.00 but they can't pay carpenters not even area standard wages. Maybe it's a simple case of "The rich get richer & the poor get poorer"! NOT GOOD!!!!
To be fair if you charge top dollar for your service, why would there be a problem with paying the workers a fair wage.that goes from the ground up to the future of the Honda workers..I wouldn't by a vehicle from DCH HONDA of Oxnard ever
Called on Thursday spoke to Robert got my choice of times for next day oil change tire rotation, they found one recall on my Vin number did not have the part available said they notify me later and told me it would be an hour when I walked into the waiting room it was full and they obviously were doing something different for the other side that used to be the overflow area and the kids play area that's no longer there coffee was fine cookies are great they told me one hour and one hour it was so all in all I'm satisfied

Amazing customer service! They don't beat around the bush, and are honest about their competitor's pros and cons. Not pushy, and very adamant about getting the consumer EXACTLY what they want!
I went here because I got a recall notice for a part on my Honda Civic. They got me in the same day and gave me a "loner" car to use in the mean time while they worked on my car. All at no cost to me. Extremely great service, we hope to return to get a new Honda from them in the future!
We came here last two weeks ago and Mario he give his best to get us a car... but that day were not ready to have it .. mario tell us give a call if they will lower more price.. next day recueved an email and voice from mario and Ivan.. last monday were back and looking fir mario and ivan .. just ivan helped us and he explain to us very well about there option and good deal.. we just stayed for not longer an hour and drive our new 🚗..
