I wanted to buy a car and by mistake I ended here. What a BAD experience!!! The guy never sit down to talk with me, he was coming and going, he offered me popcorn, cookies, coffee but never bring anything, he treated me like I did not have any money and I left feeling so bad and disturbed that I did not want to buy any car. Next day I went to Honda in Simi Valley but they did not have the car in the color that I wanted, excellent customer service though, so I went to Thousand Oaks and I bought a 2017 car. TERRIBLE customer service, so bad that it made me not want to purchase a honda EVER. bad attitudes and super unfriendly, made the decision to take my business to Toyota down the way and got excellent service there!
We came here on Friday and automatically off bat we got a lazy attitude from the workers. It was rainy that morning but that shouldnt hinder customer service. My husband and i spent time looking at the pilots. It would have been nice to see the interiors of them all. No one came out until we were leaving. Asked what i was looking for. I proceeded to tell him i wanted to compare all the differences in interior. He tells me "okay, let me know if you'd like me to open any of them" and walks away. Crooks. Taking a 90 day old car in for AC Repair. It has never worked to our satisfaction and they said that we caused the damage and the AC repair will cost $750.00. Are these guys crazy? I'll say it again real slow.... the climate control unit never worked to our satisfaction. When the weather got hot, we took it in to get fixed. There was NO, NONE, ZERO, NEVER a catastrophic failure to the unit, it just never worked right. $1 is too much. You must be crazy to charge us $750.
