Extremely Poor Finance Department Practices We drove off in a new Civic, only to find out 13 days after the "Sell" that modificfations were required to keep the car! State law was quoted by the department, yet not adhered to by this Dealership! We received absolutely nothing in correspondence or even by phone within the 10 days as per California State requirements.
