DCH Honda of Temecula is the best dealer in Riverside County Over this weekend my husband and I purchased two cars from the dealer. Son, our sales person did an outstanding job in helping us. He made the buying experience less stressful because of his willingness to take care of everything. More sales persons should be more like him. Also, the facilty was clean and the coffee machine was awesome.
DCH Honda of Temecula is great Very helpful and affordable for a genuine Honda part. Would shop again. Needed Fuse Relay switch, they had it and was shipped promptly. Will return again for any other Honda part I need, and they have.

Waste of time The Internet Team from DCH Honda Temecula e-mailed me saying that they would beat the competitor's price I had sent them. Just a waste of time. I went today there, ready to buy the car, just to find out that they would not do as they promised. He already knew the competitor's price, why not just tell me that he could not do it ? The e-mail even had the sales manager assurance...and worse, he did not even say sorry. What great customer service !
Great service department! Being a former Service Advisor I was a bit nervous to have the rolls switched around since becoming a stay at home Mom. My service visits from day one have been great. We saw Robert for years but the last time I was in about a month ago, I found out he had moved on.
