RecommendedMy vehicle was in the body shop for insurance repairs to the rear end. I had minor damage to the passenger side of my vehicle and asked them to give me a quote for that repair to pay out of pocket. They called me and gave me a quote of ~$385.00 which I agreed to pay. When I came to pick up my vehicle they told me I had agreed to pay $1100.00 for the repair over the phone (which was not true). Be sure to get everything in writing before letting them initiate repairs on your vehicle. They will scam you if you do not.
Terrible service and workmanship. My sister in law brought her vehicle here and they were unprofessional, rude, and the work was terrible and it took 3 days longer than expected to finish. If you pay and don't complain they are very nice. If you have a problem, they turn on you! They offer NO service after the sale if something goes wrong. RecommendedHubby had a deer/vehicle collision in my car. Picked up the repaired car today...looks great on the outside. The bonus was the inside was also clean and has that new car smell again. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Thank you to the people at Lynn’s for such a great experience!

I'm so disappointed when I check my car just now after 3 months. I trusted you guys to put everything back in place. Anyhow, I went to caliber collision on Nov 14, 2019 to fix the hood and the siding of my car because my car was hit by a deer. In fairness, everything was fixed like the color. The only I don't want is the way they put back the car hood. There is a space on between and some screws are not tightened up. I'm hoping this is still covered and still fix this one.
I had a great experience with the Rockwall location. They were fast, courteous and the cost was less than I expected. Considering it wasn’t an insurance claim, I was extra happy. I highly recommend them.
