Terrible service and workmanship. My sister in law brought her vehicle here and they were unprofessional, rude, and the work was terrible and it took 3 days longer than expected to finish. If you pay and don't complain they are very nice. If you have a problem, they turn on you! They offer NO service after the sale if something goes wrong. They're a Geico provider so their allegiance is to Geico not to you as a customer. They nickle and dimed her on everything! RecommendedI highly recommend DC Collision. From start to finish they were professional, gave great customer service, very friendly and accommodating getting my car finished in less than a week. They were easy to work with along with Geico and helping with a rental. My car looks great inside and out after a job well done, car wash and interior vacuum. Looks brand new. Having a fender bender is no fun, but dealing with the people at D.C. Collision in Webster made the experience as painless as possible. They arranged for our tow, did a great job fixing our vehicle and were incredibly friendly. They also gave us a nifty travel mug, modeled here by one of our rescue kittens at This Old Cathouse.
This place is great. We were sent by Geico for some major repair after an accident. Dropping off the car was super easy. They got me in and out. And they got it ready on Friday instead of Monday because I was going out of town. And they washed and waxed the car and vacuumed the inside. Highly recommend!!

The friendly and caring staff at D.C. Collision got me in the next day after my run in with a deer. I just scooped up my car and it looks amazing. The service team does exceptional work in a short window of time. They are top notch and I would recommend them to family and friends.
