RecommendedThe best customer service! I can’t say enough about Sadie she was very friendly and informative explaining what to expect with repairs. My car was there 8 days and she called me daily on the progress. Definitely an asset to the company! I was very satisfied with how my car looked and they even cleaned the car inside and out!!!

Caliber Collision stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole process, had great customer service, and did an outstanding job in repairing my car...thank you for all you did!!!

Recommendedmy sister. Peggy S. had work done on the driver's side back fender and trunk on her Subaru at Caliber in Salem VA. She and I picked up her car this afternoon. Never in my life have I experienced such kind and courteous workers in a garage setting. They did an outstanding job. You would never know the car was in an accident. They cleaned the vehicle inside and out. They helped us transfer her walker from the rental car to her Subaru and even offered to return the rental car to the rental company. RecommendedWonderful experience. I was update often on the progress and they dealt directly with 2 insurance agency's to get multiply repairs done. The car looks amazing and was done before expected. I have dealt with many shops over the years and this was the best by leaps and bounds. Thank you for making a stressful time run so smoothly.
Disappointed from day one. I should have read others reviews first.
I went to QB Collision because they were recommended by Geico due to having a Geico claims adjuster on sight. I was able to drop off my car at QB Collision and pick up a rental car while it was being worked on. Not only was everyone at QB Collision extremely friendly and helpful, but they finished my car in a timely manor. The staff went above and beyond. My car came back looking brand new.
