They suck!! To the person that mentioned Sheila, she is so rude, along with Karen, Angela, and everybody else in that dreadful place. I was blessed enough to be able to trade the car I got from them. I financed through a more friendly and "upright" dealership. DBS took a payment out of my checking account AFTER the car was traded. I have been given the run-around about getting my money back. They even have a "hold" recording saying that if theyve taken a payment and shouldnt have they will refund your money and any fees, etc... read more
PLEEEASE STAY AWAY FROM ABC MOTOR CREDIT!!!!!! THEY WILL DO NOTHING BUT RAPE YOU ON A CAR!! I TRUELY FEEL AS THOUGH THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ! ITS JUST NOT RIGHT TO DO PEOPLE LIKE THEY DO. I have bad credit from my divorce & I didnt think any bank would approve me. I was about to ask my mom to co-sign for me because I knew I could not get approved but dbs approved me so im happy I have a car and I can start getting my credit up. Its sad that people are so negative and should use this as a way to make life better but instead im reading reviews that people dont care about their credit and dbs is mean. I happy with the people there and that they took a chance on me.
I should have not bought a car from them.i lost my job and they wont work with me on the payments.i told them to come and get there junk car
I completely agree with everyone else that has left comments about this place. My friend bought a car there and he had to replace his radiator. About a month after replacing that, his timing chain broke and he needs a whole new engine. He was 30 miles over warranty coverage. It sat at the shop while he debated on what hed do with it. DBS and ABC Motorcredit are the biggest ripe off there is, I got a car thru them while getting divorced when my wife decided she was going to screw me on the loan she had in her name that I co-signed on by dropping the car off at my apartment I called DBS and asked them if I could return they said no so I struggled for 8 mos to make payments stayed on time got behind because of being put in the hospital borrowed the money got back up to date then they repo anyway and said I had to pay ahead
wish i read these reviews. im only a week behind can they take my car? they keep calling my list of references. ran into some trouble with money. had rent, insurance, loan and car payment all at the same time. trying to come up with the money. paying \$221.00 every two weeks.
