I wish I had read these reviews before I went to ABC Motor and Had to go through DBS Finicial. I am having a similar problem with my car. I got a 2001 Ford Taurus and the test drive was great, but the next day I heard a loud noise in the rear. Also ABCs so called engine cleaner suppossly never wore off for I still get a smell from the engine just like the other car I test drove. I too made the sad mistake of buying a car from these people. The car had a few breakdowns, nothing I wouldnt call normal for a 10 year old car, but now my husband and I are going bankrupt so I stopped making payments on the car. These people call me every day asking me when Im going to make a payment. I ask them when theyre going to come and get the car. i was laid off from work and fell behind on payments but i was sending what i could, the vehical was falling apart little by little but the payments are still there, they called and said i needed a 110.00 payment that evening i gave them 130.00 payment. i pulled my car in the driveway, went into the house started eating dinner and the repo man came and jacked up the vehical and took it. when i called dbs they as much said oh well. now i lost my job because i have no vehical but the still want paid the balance even thou they ... read more
I have never used ABC or DBS but, I know they are horrible. They came to my home 4 different times over a car I have never had. I showed them my license to prove I was not the person they looking for. I called main office to tell them to quit coming to my house because they were embarrassing me. My neighbors keep seeing them show up and I dont owe them a dime. Never have!!! cant believe how many people come and go they cant even keep 1 employee for the term of your car I bought a car thinking ok no prpblems well i was wrong they give you 1 person to get to know you and poof there gone. and then you have someone else and start getting Rude. i am a very sick woman with COPD and waiting on lung transplant and i am paying my weekly \$58.00 and they still want more i am not working and still paying my payments but they keep calling and making me stressing me out hassarring me when will it end i will... read more

i have an car from abc motors and soon as i pulled off the check engine light came on they are very rude i get so tired of them calling me they cars are horrible my heat dosent work couldnt pass the a.i.m.s test sheila has a very nasty attitude they be killing me like they just so perfect and they pay everything on time
I was doing very well with my carnote payment, 1 month I paid 3 months in advance and at the last day of that payment I was being reminded about the up and coming payment. I cant believe the nerve of Sheila,she harrasses and harrasses everyone on my reference list. We recently purchased a v ehicle at abcmotorcredit. dbs financial.. just made our first payment.. we have had NO TROUBLE with this company.. the day we brought our jeep home, we had a repair issue.. they NEVER hesitated to fix it.. NO COST.. They made appt for us and I took the vehicle there. and it all was fixed NO charge.. if you think this company is bad.. u need to try .. goodwheels, in ellwood city pa,, or calcutta,ohio.. they are SCUM! trust me.. they are rude, and ignorant.. but ABCMOTORCREDIT is awesome!
