We recently purchased a v ehicle at abcmotorcredit. dbs financial.. just made our first payment.. we have had NO TROUBLE with this company.. the day we brought our jeep home, we had a repair issue.. they NEVER hesitated to fix it.. NO COST.. They made appt for us and I took the vehicle there. and it all was fixed NO charge.. if you think this company is bad.. u need to try .. goodwheels, in ellwood city pa,, or calcutta,ohio.. they are SCUM! trust me.. they are rude, and ignorant.. but ABCMOTORCREDIT is awesome!
These people are the scum of the earth my husband bought a POS from them in Feb and he is in the military and he was late on his payment by 1 day and they repo it and they told him we DONT CARE IF YOU ARE SERVING YOUR COUNTRY WE DONT CARE . I agree about DBS with Christina. The only time they are civilized is when you are making your payments on time. The reason why they fixed it with no problem is because you still was under the Lisa Warranty, but wait until that runs out and God forbid you ever get laid-off or become ill, when then at that point you need to make payment arrangements because of something you cant help. You will see their true colors. This is a bad company to buy a car from. I bought a 2004 Dodge Durango, and as I was driving on the expressway,... read more

I also have had nothing but problems with this company. I bought a Jimmy and not 2 weeks after I bought it the transmission went out. Since then I have replaced the fuel pump, the bushing and pins in both front doors 2x, the cv joint, drive shaft, wheel bearings, and rotors. Even though the POS is nickel and dimeing me to death I have kept current on all my payments. After a year of never been late or short on the payment I called a week before my payment was due to make payment arangements. I had gotten the flu and missed a... read more
