Veryrude people who run an office out of an abandon building basement on Johnson st in Akron Ohio ... They stole an extra car payment off me after vehicle was paid off ! They are the financial side of abc auto !! Low budget cars with lower budget people working for them .. Stay away go to van devere better intrest rate gaurenteed financing and will treat you like a person !!
Attention! Attention! Do not I repeat do not buy a vehicle from this company.I purchased a vehicle from these crooks in 2012 3 days later the engine light came on and the vehicle had to go in the shop. It stayed a month they sent out two loaner cars whose engine lights immediately lit up too. I got my car back and then the same thing happened up to 4 times. Although all this was going on I still got demanding calls for payments if I was 15 minutes late. I finally called the a the attorney general and the better business bure... read more

Lost job, DBS said they have a hardship program. Did what they requested. On a monday the started so called hardship plan, set up payment plans with me. Repo guy came wed and said he was given order same day that DBS put me on new payment plan. I was only 1 MONOTH BEHIND!THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE BBB RATING TOO. use anyone but them!

Zero stars I have had my car for almost 3 years Never missed a payment was late One time these people call my house once a week wanting to change my payment date now they want to charge me 29.00 to change my payment date i never asked them to do this. i havent had any major problems with the car but there customer service agents dont know what they are doing. i will be so glad when i pay this car off and they have the nerve to ask me did i want to trade it in for something else WHAT!!! i will never get a car from these peopl... read more
